Work in Progress thesis
Numerous teachers are unaware of how to educate ELL students and help them survive in American schools, for smoother transitions for ELL students, teachers can be culturally in tune, be ready for the diversity rate in every school to go up, and adjust to their students needs.

This is a good starting thesis. I would suggest that you make the language stronger--teachers "must", not just "can be". It will also be important that in the body of your paper you address specific strategies that would help teacher adjust to these students' needs. How can they change lessons? classroom management? etc.?
