Important point in my paper

Initially an ELL student is a student that knows little or no English. A large number of the time ELL students are refugees fleeing from their native land with their families to peruse happiness in America. Even though, ELL students are in a much better situation, there are still many challenges they endure. Not only do ELL students not know English they also are not accustomed to the way Americans do things. Today, “the number of students who are English Language Learners (ELLs) continues to increase across the country, with the most impact in California,” says Zaida McCall-Perez an associate professor and director from Cross-Cultural Teacher Certification Programs. Furthermore, higher populated areas of the United States are going to a have a significantly higher number of ELL students. According, to the national clearinghouse for English language acquision ( c.d.a) ELL represent the fastest two segments of the school age population ( Hill and Flynn 2).
